What services does Bhexa offer?
We offer four things: website development, design & branding (logos, posters, thumbnails, visiting cards), software & integration (custom software, API, billing/POS, CRM, WhatsApp integrations, dashboards) and ESSL / biometric attendance solutions.
How much does a website cost?
A normal website starts at just ₹350. A complete package with domain + website + lifetime support costs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000, depending on your requirements. Bigger projects like e-commerce or custom software are quoted based on your needs.
How much does ESSL biometric installation cost?
ESSL biometric device installation is ₹750 and ESSL software installation is ₹500. Third-party software integration and customised software for your biometric device are quoted based on your requirement.
How long does it take?
Most work is done within 1 to 2 days, including websites and ESSL device / software installation. Larger custom software projects may take longer; we'll tell you the timeline upfront.
Do you provide domain and hosting?
Yes. Our domain + website + lifetime support package costs ₹1,500 to ₹3,000. We can also work with a domain you already own.
Which ESSL devices do you support?
We support all ESSL models: device installation, ESSL software installation, third-party software integration (payroll, HRMS, ERP, etc.) and customised software built for your biometric device.
My biometric / attendance device is not working. What should I do?
First check the device has power and is connected to the network (the network icon on the device screen). If it still doesn't sync, raise a ticket on our Support page or WhatsApp us with the device model and a photo of the error, and we'll help. We're available 7 days a week.
What are your working hours?
We're available 7 days a week, Monday to Sunday, any time. Message us on WhatsApp or call whenever you need us.
Do you provide support after the project is delivered?
Yes. Our domain + website package includes lifetime support, and we're available 7 days a week for help with your website, software or biometric devices.
Can you integrate my billing software with WhatsApp?
Yes. We can connect billing / POS, CRM or hotel software with WhatsApp, email and other tools, for example sending invoices to customers automatically.
Do you work with clients outside Chennai?
Yes. Websites, design and software work can be done remotely for clients anywhere. For on-site ESSL device installation outside Chennai, contact us to check.
How do I start a project?
Fill the enquiry form on the Contact page, or message us on WhatsApp. We'll call you, confirm your requirement and price, and most work is done within 1 to 2 days.
